Increasing Inclusivity

General, project-specific, or ongoing consultation to support organizations in increasing employee or client diversity, improving equity, and demonstrating proactivity.

At AI4Good Lab, I consulted on improvements to the program’s gender inclusivity and communications to ensure that the full spectrum of eligible applicants felt welcomed.

Enhancing Accessibility

General, project-specific, or ongoing consultation to assist organizations in supporting employees, serving new client groups, and expanding their reach and networks.

At ThinkSpace Education, I consulted on ways to engage with Universal Design for Learning, make teaching sessions and materials more accessible, and provide accommodations and modifications for a wide range of disabilities.
